Declaration of Conduct
(Guideline for Daily Application)

The Declaration of Conduct (Guideline for Daily Application) brings together the specific conduct we are committed to practicing in our corporate activities, for each of the items in the Declaration of Conduct, which concretely embodies our philosophy. It offers specific conduct guidelines that should be practiced routinely by both officers and employees of the company, and provides a basis for the whole company to unite in the implementation of CSR activities.

1. Follow through the global slogan "Innovation today, healthier tomorrows."

We constantly pursue self-innovation to deliver innovative products and services with speed so that people around the world can lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

We comply with laws and regulations, and conduct transparent and fair corporate activities with a good sense of ethics. We resolutely sever all relations with antisocial forces and organizations that pose a threat to the order and security of civil society.

    • We keep trying to prevent unpleasant case from happening with our products' quality and safety
    • We report and distribute correct information immediately in case of unpleasant product quality and safety issue.
  • Respect of the rights of third parties
    • We fairly obtain information from third party.
    • We respect third party's intellectual property and copy right.

3. Positively disclose information and properly manage information.

We disclose corporate information in a timely and appropriate manner. We take appropriate measures to protect and manage personal and customer information acquired through corporate activities.

    • We appropriately manage confidential information before the disclosure.

4. Help employees reach their full potential.

5. Respect human rights.

We respect the rights of all people associated with our company in conducting corporate activities. We do not discriminate or harass anyone. In addition, we reject child labor and forced labor.

  • Elimination of all discriminatory words and actions
    • We shall not discriminate or harass anyone both within and outside the Company based on race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, faith, belief, sexual orientation (LGBT), academic background, disability, disease and the like.

    • We respect the human rights described in the International Labour Organization (ILO)'s the "Core Labor Standards" and the rights of all people associated with our company in conducting corporate activities.
    • We respect human rights, including freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, prevention of child and forced labor, discrimination with respect to employment and occupation in conducting corporate activities including our business counterparts.

6. Positively address global environmental issues.

We positively initiate measures in acknowledgment of environmental issues, which are common challenges to humanity and important requirements for corporate sustainability and activities.
